The location was superb! it was easy to walk to the opera house. lovely, clean bedding was also provided. the harbor facing room was worth it. I had a gorgeous view from the 25th floor, though i had to spend extra to get it. i saw beautiful sunsets there.
The lobby lounge staff on saturday were rude. they ignored me. I had to go up and order. breakfast was disappointing. I saw long queues. there were not enough staff. The eggs were undercooked.

I stayed in a room with a harbour view. It was worth the cost! it was located on the 25th floor. i saw beautiful sunsets. i also found the hotel to be conveniently located near the opera house.

The location was fantastic and made sightseeing easy. The proximity to major attractions was very convenient! horizon rooms offer amazing views from the lounge. i was upgraded to a corner suite. The view was the most wonderful i have ever seen. i really appreciated the phone call from reception each night. They checked up on my stay

The room had ample space. The beds were very comfortable! the harbour views were amazing from the windows. the air conditioning worked well. It kept the room at the perfect temperature throughout my stay, and the noise level was minimal.

The gym had a lot of equipment and was quite spacious. it featured treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines. the facilities were clean. towels and water were readily available. I found the operating hours very convenient!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They helped with every request. i managed to get an early check-in thanks to their help. the turn-down service was well-executed each night. They ensured i had a comfortable environment.

The location was excellent! it made exploring the area super easy. the room was also a good size! i liked the nice service i received. It was helpful and prompt.
Check-in was a mess. i arrived at 3:30 pm and the room wasn't ready. It should have been ready at 3 pm! there was no upgrade offered. breakfast plates were also partially dirty! they weren't properly cleaned. That was pretty gross!

the location was acceptable, offering easy access to the city.
My room faced a noisy motorway, not the harbor view i expected. I paid extra for a slightly better room. a curtain was missing from the large window at first, though it was eventually replaced. the room preparation was subpar.
